Revelation 3:1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a dangerous place in the kingdom\u2014where reputation replaces revelation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesus spoke to a church that looked active, sounded spiritual, and appeared successful, yet Heaven\u2019s verdict was clear: alive in name, dead in spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beloved, noise is not life.
Attendance is not intimacy. Activity is not anointing. You can be busy with God and still be distant from God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tragedy is not that the church was dead\u2014the tragedy is that they didn\u2019t know it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Death in the spirit is subtle.
It begins when prayer becomes routine, when worship loses wonder, when obedience is delayed, and when sin is tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gradually, the fire fades, yet the structure remains. Form survives, but power departs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But hear the mercy in Christ\u2019s rebuke. He did not say, \u201cYou are finished.\u201d He said, \u201cWake up!\u201d (Rev. 3:2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That means resurrection is still possible. What can be awakened is not buried beyond hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the hour to return to first love, to strengthen what remains, and to cry again for the breath of the Spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God is not looking for a living reputation\u2014He is looking for a living heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us not settle for appearing alive while Heaven calls us dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
May the Lord revive us\u2014until our private fire matches our public confession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PROPHETIC PRAYER<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Father, in the name of Jesus,
we reject every form of spiritual slumber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Breathe again upon everything in us that has grown cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where we have carried a name without life,
restore fire, restore hunger, restore sensitivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let dead routines give way to living encounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Awaken our spirits, revive our altars, and cause our private walk to match our public confession in Jesus\u2019 mighty name. Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n
