“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” — Genesis 1:1
Creation did not happen in confusion; it happened in time. When God said, “In the beginning,” He wasn’t just starting creation—He was starting time itself.
Time became the womb in which God’s purposes would develop, mature, and manifest.
God is eternal, but creation is temporal. That is why everything God makes goes through process.
Light came before life. Formation came before filling. Seeds came before harvest. This teaches us that God values order over speed.
Many people get frustrated because they want manifestation without maturation. But God does not rush creation.
What He speaks instantly in the spirit often unfolds gradually in time.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” Not early. Not late. In its time.
Even redemption followed this law. “When the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son” (Galatians 4:4).
Salvation waited for the right moment. If God would not bypass time for Christ, He will not bypass time for you.
So when it feels slow, remember: delay is not decay. Time is not opposing you; time is serving God’s purpose in your life.
What God has started, time will help complete.
